Government-authorised process servers. Upload your documents, submit your order online, and receive a court-ready proof of service. 99% success rate.

Across thousands of served cases.
No quotes, no surprises.
Valid in your jurisdiction. USM-94 and EU certificates included.
No matter where from, we help serve legal papers in Sweden.
Fixed fees
Two ways to serve. Same fixed-price promise, no quotes and no phone calls.
Court filings, US/EU litigation, deadline-driven matters, and recipients who may avoid service.
In-person handoff · escalation through every legal step · court-ready certificate with USM-94 or EU form.
Formal notices, reminders, and contract terminations where a signed postal receipt is sufficient proof.
PostNord registered delivery · signed receipt if collected · written outcome report either way.
Success depends on the recipient collecting the letter at their post office. If they don't, choose Personal Service instead.
Timelines are averages from completed cases, not guarantees. See the full legal cycle below.
Need delivery only, not legal proof? Document courier across Sweden: $300 (3 days) / $500 (24h). No service certificate.

An authorised process server serves the recipient at the registered address.
A court-ready proof of service and USM94 or EU certificate is delivered to your inbox.
One fixed price. The whole legal cycle.
We serve any recipient anywhere in Sweden, from listed corporations to private persons on the countryside. Some sign directly; others avoid service. When they do, we escalate through every step Swedish law provides, in the right order and with the right paperwork, until service is complete.
Our government authorisation permits steps 2, 3 and 4. You never need to do anything, and all of it is included in the fixed price.
- 01Signature
Documents are handed to the recipient against signature.
- 02Refused receipt
If the recipient refuses to sign, service is still legally valid and documented.
- 03Substitute service
Delivery to an adult household member or employer, with notice sent to the recipient.
- 04Posting
Documents are affixed at the recipient's address, generally permitted at the earliest after 25 days, when the recipient is actively avoiding service.
- 05Public notice
If steps 1-4 are not possible, we continue with service by public notice. Usually adds 1-2 months.
Three legal routes to serve documents in Sweden
Court-ready proof of service
When service is complete you receive a certificate of service signed by the authorised process server, delivered as a PDF to your inbox.
There is one report template per legal outcome, customised according to law. Every report states the date, address, recipient name and personal ID number, and the documents served, together with your reference if provided. USM-94 and EU Service Regulation certificates are completed on request, at no extra cost.
