SERVICES

What we do.

Three ways to get documents to a recipient in Sweden. Two are formal service of process. The third is courier delivery, not legal service.

01: PERSONAL SERVICE

Personal service by an authorised process server.

Hague Convention Article 10(b), Regulation (EU) 2020/1784 Article 20, and Swedish Delgivningslagen.

Regular
$490
AVG. 4-5 WEEKS

Standard authorised service. Suitable when there is no urgent court deadline.

Priority
$790
AVG. 2-3 WEEKS

Prioritised in the queue and worked on continuously until served.

Express
$1,290
AVG. 0-1 WEEK

Immediate attempts, evenings and weekends included. For tight court deadlines.

02: REGISTERED LETTER

Swedish registered mail with signed receipt.

Article 10(a) route. Low cost, suitable when the recipient is expected to cooperate.

Signed delivery receipt included if the recipient collects the letter. Unlike personal service, success depends on the recipient signing: something we cannot control.

~2.5 weeks to outcome
03: DOCUMENT DELIVERY, NOT LEGAL SERVICE

Hand-over with signature, or mailbox drop with photo confirmation. No service certificate.
