A Swedish process server, ordered online.
SweService is operated by Svensk Delgivning, a Stockholm-based process server authorised by the Swedish County Administrative Board.
What the authorisation permits.
Authorisation by the Swedish County Administrative Board (Länsstyrelsen) grants powers unavailable to ordinary couriers or private investigators. Under Delgivningslagen 2010:1932, we can complete service through refused-receipt documentation, substitute service on household members and employers, spikning (posting), and public notice, in the sequence and with the documentation Swedish law requires.
The rules we operate under.
- Delgivningslagen (2010:1932): the Swedish Service of Process Act.
- Hague Service Convention, in particular Articles 10(a) and 10(b), to which Sweden has not objected.
- Regulation (EU) 2020/1784 on the service in the Member States of judicial and extrajudicial documents.
Nationwide.
All 21 Swedish counties. Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö in same-day capacity when Express is ordered; other locations within a few working days.
